NHS Staff Wellbeing Rebrand
Project Overview
Client / Brand: NHS – Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Project Type: Rebrand & Identity Design
Goal: To reposition the EAP under a more recognisable and emotionally supportive staff wellbeing identity.
Approach: The rebrand focused on creating a cohesive visual and emotional connection with staff, aligning the service with positive wellbeing principles.
Solution: A new logo was developed around the NHS’s 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing, assigning a distinct colour to each step. This created a clear, meaningful framework that communicates balance, growth, and care across the brand.

About my process
My approach begins with understanding the audience and the feeling the design should evoke. For this project, I aimed to create an identity that felt supportive, approachable, and true to NHS values.
I designed a suite of bespoke character illustrations and icons to add warmth and relatability, paired with a calming colour palette for consistency and recognition. Each element was created to enhance clarity and emotional connection.
The result is a cohesive visual identity that communicates care, trust, and wellbeing across all materials.
