Goal: Improve usability, engagement, and conversion for both customers seeking support and patients looking for care.
Approach: After identifying a confusing lead generation form, I designed two user pathways: a streamlined customer support area and a patient-facing site with a clinic finder and accessible advice on common hearing issues.
Solution: Delivered a patient-focused website and optimised support area, resulting in clearer navigation, higher conversion rates, and a more efficient, user-friendly experience for all visitors.





About my process
For this project, I began by analysing user behavior and identifying pain points, with a particular focus on the lead generation form that was causing confusion.
Next, I mapped out dedicated user pathways for distinct audiences: a streamlined support area for customers and a patient-focused site featuring a clinic finder and clear clinical guidance. I iterated on wireframes and prototypes, testing interactions and flows to ensure clarity and accessibility.
Finally, I delivered a visually cohesive, user-centered design that balances functionality with engagement, improving conversion rates, satisfaction, and overall ease of use.
